Warrior Within – Brand, Social Media, Content, Copywriting Strategy (E-Commerce)

Warrior Within Designs has become a beloved brand and a staple at festivals around the world, but in the earlier years they lacked direction for the brand and were unsure about how to tell better stories to support their key business goals of growing the number of organic visits to the website and increasing conversions (purchases).

First, I conducted a workshop in which we helped codify the brand with positioning and messaging statements, and determined personas. After we determined who the various audiences were, I provided them with an editorial content strategy that segmented content by user story. I made recommendations for social media channels that were highly visual and shared best practices for each one. Additionally I helped them connect the accounts to the website and made recommendations for micro copy and UI/UX best practices on the website.
