Built.io – Editorializing Content to Stand Out (Connect + Inspire Magazine)

Built.io attended the Sports & Entertainment Alliance in Technology Conference (SEAT) for the first time after having recently created the Digital Fan Experience Platform, a vertical spinoff of its Digital Transformation Suite. It needed to make a big impression with creative content to help explain its offering and to stand out from the crowd. Since everyone else went digital, I decided that a physical magazine that shared insights into Built.io's stance on digital and technical best practices (APIs and integration), repurposed case studies and thought leadership articles, quotes, and casual mentions of our offerings would be a standout piece of collateral. My goals were to: 1) Demystify and simplify our products. 2) Engage with customer stories and highly visual content. 3) Share the Built.io story in a relatable way. 4) Create a stand-out piece of collateral that conference attendees could hold on to and look back on. As my pet project, I ran the strategy and creative direction, designed the templates, and served as the editor in chief. Cost per lead is $27.00. % attribution to vertical pipeline forthcoming.
